The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, birth date, self-assessed health level, tobacco use, desired coverage and term length. This data goes to the carriers' quote engine and is not retained by us. No name, address, phone, or email address is needed to see rates. Identical repeated requests may use a brief cache to avoid calling the quoting service again.

Applying

Choosing to apply moves your answers to the carriers' secure application platform, which is governed by its own privacy terms. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed insurance operation (License 0B75129), manages applications.

The contact form

The contact form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number, your preference for how we respond, the subject, and your message. The message gets emailed to the agency; your email becomes the reply address. The site doesn't store messages, maintain a submissions database, or log contents. A quick anti-bot check runs in your browser before sending.

Measurement

We count visits using a first-party, cookieless system running from this domain. We don't set cookies or tracking pixels; we mask part of your IP before storing it; we strip referrer details from incoming links; and raw logs disappear after 90 days. Visitors with Do Not Track active or Global Privacy Control enabled aren't tracked at all.

What we do not do

We don't buy, sell, or share individual data; we don't use ad trackers; we don't load third-party analytics software. On the application page alone, the carriers' platform loads and operates under their own terms.
