The carrier's underwriting determines your actual premium, tier, and whether you're eligible; your issued policy and its conditions are binding.

Coverage does not exist here. Requesting a quote, submitting an application, or sending a message does not trigger coverage. Insurance takes effect only after an insurer issues a policy and you accept and pay for it.
